2014 Housing

2014 Housing

Dormitory Rooms:

Modern Air-conditioned dormitory rooms will be offered at the conference center.
New this year... The beds are all just mattresses—no pillows, no sheets.  You need to bring your own pillows, linens (or sleeping bag), towels, and wash clothes.

Two rooms share a bathroom.  One of the dorms is handicap accessible, the other is not. So, you do need to indicate any special needs on the registration form.  Note the cut off date for meals and housing reservations is July 11.  So register early.

When contacting hotels be sure to mention that you are attending EAS.
Hotels often sell out for EAS so be sure to book early.
