A remider to register before July 10th 2016.  After that date there is an additional $25 administration fee for late registration.  Also meal selections may not be available because the caterers need a head count two weeks before the event.

Registration is now open.  We have a new online registration system, so it will be different than previous years. As usual you must be an EAS member in order to attend the conference. So if you are not an up to date member it will be a two step process... 1. become a member and 2. register for the conference. If you are not a member you can signup right now by going to the Membership page and joining now and then register for the conference when your membership is complete.  If you are already a member you can check your membership by going to the membership page and confirm your membership. 

There will be an additional $25 administration fee for late registration, after July 10, 2016. Preregistration will avoid the delays at check-in. Make your own hotel arrangements, separately, however dormitory rooms can be handled on your EAS registration.  Be sure to read up about Dormitory accommodation and bring your own linens.

There are lots of extra activities you can sign up for, so be sure to visit the Special Activities page, so you can decide what additional options you would like to select.

Two ways to register... 

Online Registration - Closed Click to start online registration. This is your fastest and cheapest way to register and using your credit card is faster and more convenient.

2016 Mail-in Form - click here to download the paper application.  If you are registering by mail, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR FORM BEFORE JULY 10, 2016. After that date, you may still register on-line or during the conference, however a $25 administration fee will be charged and dormitory rooms, meals, and special events may not be available after that date.

Short Course and Main Conference Combination (Mon-Fri) $250
Short Course Only (Mon-Wed) $175
Main Conference Only (Wed-Fri) $175
Single Day Fee $65

Thursday 8:00 a.m.– 9:30 a.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m.– Noon
Please return your dorm keys before you leave
campus; you will be billed $75 to replace them.
